Stress is something we all face in our lives. It’s not something that is likely to disappear anytime soon. So learning how to cope and deal with stress without being overrun by anxiety is an important skill to have.
Stress is one of the primary reasons why people take long periods of time off work, hide away in their home and avoid enjoying their lives.
Anxiety cannot be cured with a pill, only suppressed. We actually need some anxiety, but sometimes we let it run rampant and it starts to cripple us and our lifestyles.
